To delve into the rich history of Comox, visit the Comox Archives and Museum where history comes alive.

Explore the evolution of the Comox area through photographs, documents and fascinating artifacts. Learn about the 102 Battalion – B.C.’s Warden’s Warriors – who trained at Goose Spit and shipped out from Comox Wharf to the horrors of World War 1.

There is always something to discover in our revolving exhibit.

The Comox Archives and Museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 to 4 PM.

The museum displays continue to change as the exhibit area evolves. Viewing the video below will give you a sense of how the museum looked a few years ago, with some features remaining the same. Enjoy!

As of June 2023 the museum lighting has been upgraded to warm LED track lighting and four moveable wooden display walls have been added.
